How do I know if my struts are bad?
If the car keeps bouncing after you push down on a corner, or it nose-dives hard when you brake, the struts or shocks are worn.
Why are my tires wearing unevenly?
Usually alignment, worn suspension parts, or both. We check the suspension before we align — otherwise the alignment won't stay.
Is a clunk over bumps serious?
It's worth checking. Sway bar links are cheap; ball joints are a safety item. We'll tell you which one you have.
